岡山県の吉備中央町（旧賀陽町）出身。

高校時代はゴルフ部に在籍し、プロゴルファーを目指して練習の日々を過ごす。

ニュージーランドのゴルフ環境が素晴らしいとの話を聞いたことをきっかけに留学に興味を持ち、高校卒業後にニュージーランドへ留学。

ニュージーランドで学士を取得後、岡山市内の大学職員として勤務。主にアジアからの留学生サポート業務（入国手続き、生活支援等）に従事。ベトナム、中国、ニュージーランドなど外国出身の同僚とともに日々業務を行う。

留学生らの日々の努力、日本で就職していく姿をみるなかで、今後の外国人労務管理の重要性を実感。外国人が日本で充実して仕事ができる環境整備に貢献したいとの思いから、30歳直前で一念発起し、社会保険労務士試験へ挑戦。

合格後、倉敷市内の社会保険労務士事務所勤務で勤務。

2022年11月、岡山市で森澤社会保険労務士事務所開業。

開業後、翻訳実務士（翻訳実務検定TQE合格）を取得。
実務翻訳者（法務・契約書／日英・英日翻訳）としても活動中。

Born in Kibichuo Town, Okayama Prefecture.

In high school, he was a member of the golf club and spent his days practicing to become a professional golfer.

After hearing about the wonderful golf environment in New Zealand, he became interested in studying abroad and went to New Zealand after graduating from high school.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in New Zealand, he worked for a university in Okayama as a staff member for seven years, mainly engaged in support services for international students from Asia, including immigration procedures and daily life support. He worked with colleagues from Vietnam, China, New Zealand, and other foreign countries.

Watching the daily efforts of foreign students who find employment in Japan, he realized the importance of labor management for foreign workers in the future. Wanting to contribute to the development of an environment in which foreign workers can have fulfilling careers in Japan, he decided to become a Sharoushi just before he turned 30, and studied hard to pass the exam.

After passing the exam, he worked for a Sharoushi office in Kurashiki City, where he was mainly involved in labor management for clients in the transportation industry.

In November 2022, he established his own office in Okayama City.

On the occasion of the establishment of the office, he studied practical translation, in which he had been interested for a long time.

After passing the Translator Qualifying Examination (TQE), he also works as a legal translator (Japanese ⇔ English).
