This is Kota Morisawa, who is a Labor and Social Security Attorney in Okayama City.

Over the years, the labor management environment in Japan has become more complex, including overtime limits and equal pay for equal work in response to work style reform.

As a labor and social security attorney, who is an expert in labor management, our mission is to be a good partner for a company, helping it to solve labor-related problems by providing a clear description of labor management.

We also provide consulting services in English.

We contribute to a company’s development and strive to improve the work environment for foreign employees by providing consulting services in English language and translation services of company regulations in response to the situation, in which the number of foreign business operators and foreign employees in Japan has been increasing.
